Dukes Roofing LLC is a licensed New Jersey home improvement contractor (NJ HIC License #13VH13076900) providing residential roofing and exterior remodeling services, including but not limited to roof replacement, roof repair, siding, gutters, and related exterior services throughout Atlantic County and the Jersey Shore region. All work is performed by Dukes Roofing LLC or its authorized subcontractors.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes provided by Dukes Roofing LLC are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if previously unknown conditions are discovered (e.g., deteriorated decking, structural damage, code-required upgrades). Any changes will be communicated to the customer and require written approval before additional work is performed.
4. Contracts and Payment
All work is governed by a written contract signed by both parties. Payment terms, deposits, and final balances are outlined in the signed contract. Failure to pay according to the contract terms may result in mechanic’s liens or other remedies available under New Jersey law.
5. Warranty
Dukes Roofing LLC provides workmanship warranties as detailed in the customer’s signed contract. Manufacturer material warranties are passed through directly from the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God, neglect, alterations by third parties, or normal wear.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications
